Terms of Use & Medical Disclaimer
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of radianthealthforwomen.com (the "Site"), operated by Radiant Health for Women ("Radiant Health," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 to use the Site or submit information through it. Our Website Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices also apply and are separate documents.
2. Educational Information & Medical Disclaimer
The Site provides general educational information about midlife women's health, including perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, and weight management. This information is not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, is not tailored to your individual health, and is not a substitute for evaluation and care from a qualified clinician who knows your medical history.
Medical knowledge changes, and Site content may be incomplete, outdated, or not apply to you. Some treatments discussed, including certain hormone therapies, weight-loss medications, and compounded medications, may be used off-label, may not be FDA-approved for every use, and carry risks and side effects. Never start, stop, or change a medication, supplement, or treatment, or delay seeking care, because of something you read on this Site. Make those decisions with your own clinician.
3. No Clinician-Patient Relationship
Using the Site, reading our content, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you complete our intake process, sign our agreements, and we accept you as a patient. Until then, we cannot give individualized medical advice, and nothing you send us is a request for care.
4. No Emergency Care; Electronic Communications
Radiant Health is not an emergency service, and the Site and our inboxes are not monitored continuously. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, call or text 988.
Website inquiries, email, text, and portal messages may not be answered immediately, and we do not guarantee response times except as stated in your patient agreement. Please do not use the Site, regular email, or text for urgent or sensitive medical matters. Patients should use the communication methods we provide for clinical matters.
Text messages. If you opt in, we may text you about scheduling, reminders, and administrative matters. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of receiving care. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Service Area and Eligibility
Radiant Health provides care only to patients who are physically located in Colorado at the time of the visit. Use of the Site does not guarantee that you are eligible for any service, and we may decline to offer services in our clinical judgment.
6. Services, Fees, and Patient Agreements
Descriptions, fees, and membership information on the Site are general. Your care, fees, payment, cancellation and refund terms, and consents are governed by the agreements you sign as a patient. If the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Information about estimated costs, including your right to request a good faith estimate, is available on our Membership page. Some items, such as laboratory tests and medications, may be billed or purchased separately, as described on our Membership page or in your agreement. Membership is not health insurance and does not provide insurance coverage. We do not provide emergency care, hospital care, or services outside our defined scope, and you are responsible for the cost of care you obtain elsewhere. Fees and services may change, and we may correct errors at any time.
7. Testimonials
Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experiences and opinions of those who provided them. Individual experiences vary, and testimonials are not a guarantee or prediction of results for any other person.
8. External Links and Third-Party Content
The Site links to third-party websites, including medical journals, research articles, professional organizations, and social media such as our Instagram account. Links are provided for information and convenience only. They are not endorsements, we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices, and published research may not apply to your situation. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners.
9. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
Site content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and video, belongs to Radiant Health or its licensors. You may view it for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially use it without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law; attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; introduce malicious code or interfere with Site operation; scrape or harvest content or data; or misrepresent your identity.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Health and its owners, clinicians, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, your reliance on Site content, third-party websites, or technical interruptions.
These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. They do not limit or waive any rights or remedies you have as a patient under your clinical relationship with us, your signed agreements, or applicable law, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to be responsible for claims or losses we incur because of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Boulder County, Colorado. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
