At Radiant Health for Women, we believe the complexity of women’s health calls for a care model that extends beyond the limits of traditional insurance-based medicine. By intentionally caring for a smaller patient community, we are able to offer unhurried visits, meaningful access, and the attention required to thoughtfully guide care over the long term.
Rather than brief, episodic encounters, our model provides ongoing access and support, which allows us to better understand your personal history and concerns, and collaborate on a plan that evolves with you. We feel this depth of attention is essential for addressing the complexities of perimenopause and menopause, and the various interconnected aspects of midlife health.
Our approach is grounded in trust, education, and partnership. We take the time to explain options, answer questions, and refine your care as your needs change—so you feel informed, supported, and confident in your health decisions. This is care that is personal, attentive, and designed to help you feel your best, now and in the years ahead.
Your Care Journey at Radiant Health for Women
Discovery Call - We recommend starting with this free 15-minute phone call to answer any questions you may have about our services and model of care. Next we schedule for your intake visit.
Comprehensive Intake Visit - This visit is a 75-minute in-depth evaluation of all your health concerns, symptoms, medical history, and prior treatments. This assessment will set the foundation for your treatment to begin. Upon completion of the intake visit we will initiate your membership with us.
Radiant Membership - Our membership provides comprehensive, personalized care for women in midlife. Members enjoy ongoing access to a dedicated Radiant Health practitioner, ensuring thoughtful, continuous support tailored to their individual needs. Care includes the following resources:

We provide assessment and treatment plans for perimenopause/menopause care, sexual health, weight management, cardiovascular risk reduction, and bone health as indicated for you. Care is not one size fits all but customized to your specific needs.

We will order all the lab work needed for your care (hormones, general health, and/or metabolic tests), medically interpret the results, and help explain them to you in a way that you can understand. Labs can be ordered through a traditional lab that utilizes your insurance or through discount cash pay lab programs.

We prescribe medications that are medically indicated specifically for you. This may include estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, weight management/metabolic medications, prescriptions for hair and skin, or medications for libido. We can send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choosing or direct you to discount wholesale pharmacies

We provide guidance for your nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. Lifestyle monitoring is also available through your apps (i.e. Cronometer, Apple watch, Oura) and can be linked and shared directly with the providers in our office if desired.

We offer 45-minute follow up visits to allow ample time for reassessment of symptoms, medication adjustments, and discussion of any side effects or life changes. These visits are available as often as needed to address the patient’s concerns.

Comprehensive Intake Visit -This thorough 75-minute assessment focuses on understanding your complete health story, exploring your concerns, reviewing past treatments, and clarifying your health priorities to guide your individualized, evidence-based care. $150 one time fee
Radiant Membership - Our membership offers comprehensive, personalized care for women navigating midlife. This model integrates expert menopausal and hormone care with sexual health support, metabolic and cardiovascular risk reduction, bone health optimization, skin and hair health, and general overall vitality—all delivered through an ongoing, relationship-centered medical partnership. Radiant membership is designed for women who are seeking to cultivate vibrant health and lasting well-being. Recommended timeframe: 6–12+ months to support meaningful, lasting change based on individual goals and needs. $195 per month
Maintenance Membership - For women who have completed the Radiant Membership and feel optimized in midlife, but still need ongoing refills, monitoring, and steady support. Reduced rate
Membership Flexibility: We do not require long-term contracts. If you choose to cancel, simply provide 30 days' written notice.
