Meet Kari Waddell, FNP, MSCP

Founder of Radiant Health for Women

Kari Waddell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Provider (MSCP) with a deep passion for guiding women through the transformative years of midlife. After over a decade of practicing in traditional healthcare settings, Kari felt called to create a more personalized, relationship-driven experience—one where women feel truly heard, supported, and empowered in their care.

She founded Radiant Health for Women to offer compassionate, expert care focused on menopausal care, whole-person wellness, and vibrant aging. Her clinical approach blends evidence-based medicine with a genuine curiosity about each patient’s unique journey, values, and goals.

Kari has called Boulder home for more than 10 years, where she enjoys hiking the foothills, camping with her family, and spending restorative time in nature. Building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients is what brings her the greatest joy—helping each woman reconnect with her body and step confidently into her next chapter.
