60-75 minutes
At your initial visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive intake assessment designed to uncover the full picture of your midlife health. We’ll take time to explore your medical history, current symptoms, menstrual changes, lifestyle habits, and personal goals. This visit includes a thorough review of any past lab work (within the past 12 months), medications, and supplements, followed by a detailed discussion of hormone-related concerns such as sleep, mood, libido, weight changes, and energy levels. Together, we’ll create a plan for appropriate lab testing—including hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, and more—and discuss treatment options that align with your needs and preferences. You’ll leave with a personalized roadmap and a clear next step on your path to feeling your best. If medically appropriate, you may be provided with prescriptions to start after your very first visit.
After this initial visit, you can decide which membership type is right for you.

Bone Health Evaluation and Treatment (2 visits, each 30-45 minutes, for established Radiant Health patients)
At Radiant Health for Women, we believe strong bones are the foundation of a strong life — especially through menopause and beyond. Estrogen decline during midlife can significantly impact bone density, increasing the risk for osteopenia, osteoporosis, and fractures. That’s why we offer a focused Bone Health 2 visit package.
Visit 1: In-Depth Evaluation
We’ll review your personal and family history of fractures, osteoporosis, hormone status, and lifestyle factors like diet, physical activity, and vitamin D exposure.
Discussion of any current symptoms that may relate to bone health.
Lab Testing
If indicated based on your risk factors, we will recommend a DEXA scan (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry) to assess bone mineral density at the spine, hip, and forearm.
We can place an order for this test and help coordinate it through your local imaging center — insurance may cover this based on age/risk or you can pay cash.
Visit 2: Prevention & Treatment Planning
Based on your results, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include:
Hormone therapy (if appropriate), ongoing care through our membership will be recommended
Exercise recommendations
Supplementation recommendation based on your individual needs
Nutritional guidance
